RETURNS AND REFUNDS

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the products within 14 days.

If you want to make a return, follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the “Contact” section and then select “Request Return” among the options available. Write the reasons for your return in the text box and click on “Send”. Check your e-mail inbox, where you will receive a copy of the message sent.

2. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail containing the necessary data: print the return form and put it inside the box that contains the products you wish to return and write the address of our warehouse on the box.

3. Place the products in their original packaging: the articles must be returned in a perfect state, unused and with the tags still attached to the product. Should the original packaging be damaged or unavailable, the products must be protected using thick and resistant cardboard packaging (not an envelope). Any non-compliance in the packaging shall result in the application of a fee for the reconstitution of the inventories equal to 15% of the product’s cost.

4. You will have to pay for shipping. Keep the shipping receipt.

5. When the return has reached our warehouse, it will be checked to verify that the products were returned intact and we will charge you with any reduction of the net asset of the good’s value, refunding only the Product’s residual value.

6. The refund will be made with the same means of payment used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within and no later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller was informed of the Consumer’s decision to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, on the condition that the Seller has already received the returned goods or that the Consumer has provided proof that the goods have been shipped, being able, until then, to withhold the refund.

LEGAL CONFORMITY - RETURN WARRANTY FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ARTICLES

Pursuant to and for the effects of European Directive 44/99/EC and articles 128 et seq. of (It.) Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the products you purchased are covered by a legal conformity warranty, which covers the products’ conformity defects for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from their delivery. In case of defects and/or non-conformities, you will have the right to the correction of the product’s non-conformity by repair or replacement (if the product is available in our warehouse) or to alternative measures expressly envisaged by art. 130 of (It.) Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.

To request a refund, follow the instructions indicated in the previous paragraph - “how to request a return” - mentioning as specific reason “Damaged product” or “Non-compliant product or incorrect delivery” in the “Contact” form and attaching one or more images of the article in question, which clearly show the defect.

Once the procedure has been concluded, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the return form and all instructions for shipping.

The authorisation to return the product shall in no way constitute recognition of the non-compliances, whose existence must be ascertained by us following the return.

We reserve the right to refund the defective article only after having performed the appropriate quality checks, to verify the actual non-compliance of the returned product.
 In case the product’s non-compliance is ascertained, we will process the refund with the same means of payment used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
